Peter Scott is Chairman of Sinclair Knight Merz Holdings Limited and Perpetual Limited, where he was appointed a Director on 31 July 2005.
Mr Scott is also a Director of Igniting Change (formerly Pilotlight Australia), a not-for-profit organisation and O’Connell Street Associates Pty Limited. He was appointed to the Advisory Board of Laing O’Rourke Australia from August 2008 to August 2011. Mr Scott was the Chief Executive Officer of MLC.
Debra Singh was the General Manager for Dick Smith (Australia, NZ and India).
Debra was the first woman to be appointed to run a trading division at Woolworths. Debra has a long association with India where she was married in 1977 and has had an active involvement in the Australian Indian community.
From 1977 to 1987, Dr Ian Pollard rose through the ranks to become Managing Director of investment bank, Development Finance Corporation. In 1984, he founded the investment company, Development Capital of Australia (DCA) of which he was Managing Director from 1989 to 1998. During this time, Ian developed an important and effective role as a coach to the chief executives of the ‘portfolio companies’.
Ian is currently Chairman or a Director of a number of substantial public companies.
Malcolm’s current Directorships include Abacus Property Group, Thales Australia Limited, Avant Insurance Limited and CRI Funds Management Limited.
Malcolm was a Director of Caltex Australia Limited for twelve years including six years as Chairman; he continues to be a consultant to Caltex Australia Limited. He was also a director of Telstra Corporation Limited and the Government owned Australian Industry Development Corporation and Australian River Company Limited (formerly Australian National Lines).
Pip Marlow is the Managing Director of Microsoft Australia. Prior to her current role, Pip held the joint role of Enterprise and Partner Group Director and Public Sector Director and before this, she was Small and Medium Business Solutions and Partner Director in Australia. Pip also held multiple roles at Microsoft’s corporate headquarters in Seattle, where she worked for eight years, including General Manager for US Channel Sales.
Pip was born, raised and educated in Palmerston North, New Zealand. She currently lives in Sydney with her Scottish husband and two daughters, Sophie & Lucy.
Dr Susan Alberti AM
Dr. Susan Alberti AM is Managing Director of the Dansu Group, and a current Director at Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International Inc as well as President of the Board of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Australia. She is a founding member of the National Association of Women in Construction in Australia. She is an associate fellow of the CEO Institute.
She is the Chairperson of St. Vincent’s Institute Foundation and Susan Alberti Medical Research Foundation. She is a Director of Western Bulldogs Football Club and St Vincent’s Institute. She is the Co-Chairperson of Western Bulldogs Forever Foundation.
