An Orijen external mentoring program provides the opportunity for your
staff to tap into the accumulated wisdom of mentors who have extensive
experience and successful careers in senior management.
When using external mentors we base selection on:
- Their record of achievement in business
- Their demonstrated skills and qualities
- Their strong motivation to support others.
Potential mentors must attend the Orijen Accreditation to be certified as a mentor before being assigned a mentee.
In facilitating an internal mentoring program in your organisation Orijen:
- Assists in identifying appropriate mentors in your organisation.
- Provides extensive training and continuous mentor support throughout the program.
- Provides ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the mentoring relationship.
