" I am continually impressed and humbled by the inspirational women we meet as both mentors and mentees. In male-dominated work environments, women are finding ways to support and guide each other - to explore and find an authentic self – one that enables women to be real in their leadership style….to influence the culture in which they work. Mentoring is putting soul and compassion back on the corporate agenda, not as a fluffy ‘nice to’, but as a business imperative."
