only 8% of executive management roles in ASX200 companies are filled by women ... and that number is declining.

To help address this imbalance......

EWB is now calling for foundation members for the inaugural Success Circle program to be launched in July 2010. Registrations are open for a limited number of groups.

Developing female talent ensures long term growth and sustainability

What is Executive Women's Business?

Executive Women's Business logo

Executive Women's Business (EWB) is committed to accelerating the development of female talent. The first organisation of its kind in Australia, EWB is devoted to building women’s leadership capacities and increasing opportunities for women to reach their full leadership potential.

Developing female talent is not just a ‘women’s issue’ but a critical requirement for the long term growth and sustainability of the economy and as the underpinning of a just and equitable society. With the talent crisis continuing to pose a significant threat to Australian organisations, we cannot continue to ignore 50% of that talent base.

Acknowledging the value of gender differences in leadership styles EWB has designed a program which provides the opportunity for women to explore and build upon their unique abilities and engage in across - gender discussions through:

  1. Sharing experiences, and harnessing the combined knowledge of intelligent and inspiring women in a confidential group - a success circle
  2. Mentoring and coaching from those who have walked the paths before.
  3. Networking with key decision makers from business, government and the professions who openly share their experience, knowledge and wisdom in intimate fireside chats.

*EWB is commencing its programs in the new financial year (July/August 2010). If you wish to participate please register you interest via the 'Register Interest' page or email to info@executivewomensbusiness.com.
