The Orijen Group > Executive Women's Business > How does EWB work?

EWB provides the opportunity for women to participate in a uniquely integrated development program. This program, through its proprietary structure, offers participants the opportunity to explore strategies that will enrich and enhance their personal and professional lives and create significant and enduring growth.

The fundamental components of EWB are:

1. The Executive Review

Prior to their allocation to a Success Circle, each Circle member undertakes an executive review to identify their personal and professional achievements and aspirations, and to ensure placement in a group that best fits their business and personal profile.
The review leverages EWB’s methodology to develop individual personal dashboards.

2. Individual Mentoring Sessions

Based on the review, Circle members are provided with three one-on-one ‘private conversation’ sessions over the 12 month period. Additional sessions are available on request.

3. Success Circles
  • Each Success Circle has no more than 10 women from non-competing businesses.

  • The level of seniority, budgetary control and responsibilities, and their company’s size and standing are taken into account when allocating individuals to a Success Circle.

  • Success Circle members, with the support of the Moderator, determine the agenda for each meeting.
  • A typical meeting agenda includes issues confronting women in their personal and professional lives. Each Circle member has time allocated to resolve a specific business issue, drawing on the diversity of experience of within their Success Circle.

  • Success Circles meet 10 times a year for 3 hours.

  • Success Circles  are facilitated by an independent woman moderator carefully selected to lead, inspire and guide the Circle. EWB moderators are all senior business figures who have an intimate understanding of the challenges and issues confronting executive women and are well placed to offer guidance and support.
4. Fireside Chats & Annual Networking

In addition to the meetings there are exclusive quarterly ‘fireside chats’ with prominent business and thought leaders and annual Networking Forums enable networking across Success Circles and exposure to global leaders.

5. On-going Support

Email and telephone support is provided throughout the duration of the program.
