Executive Women's Business is committed to upholding the highest level of ethical conduct. In this regard, we will:

- Conduct the Company's business with integrity in all of our dealings with members, employees and the general public. This includes maintaining respect and dignity for the individual, ensuring each person is treated fairly, and treating all our customers and suppliers in an honest and fair manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws and in such a way as to attain the highest standards of corporate citizenship.
- Fully respect all requests for confidentiality of information, maintain confidentiality of non-public information and not act on such information for personal gain.
- Promote and encourage compliance with these ethical standards with those whom we do business, including third parties.
