Jennifer Morris


Jenny Morris has been providing general human resource advice and training to organisations since 1986 and, since 2000, has been responsible for the research, design and implementation of mentoring programs  including:

  • Industry programs: Orijen’s program, developed for Dell, the Women in IT Executive Mentoring program was the winner of the 2008 EOWA award for the ‘most outstanding initiative and results for women in the workplace”.
  • Regional programs for Hewlett Packard in six countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • The Constuctive Mentoring Program…a national program to provide mentoring for up to 2000 women in the building, design and construction sector.
  • Executive Mentoring for the retention of talented women at Macquarie Group, Commonwealth Bank, Qantas, Freehills, Nokia, Jet Star, Westpac.  
Jenny is co-president of NEEOPA, a member of the NSW Council for NAPCAN and member of Women on Boards. She admits to a vested interest in building inclusive workplaces - she has three daughters, two step daughters and four grand daughters...and a female dog.

She is passionate about the power of supporting women in structured, facilitated mentoring groups.


Kriti Colless

Kriti's professional career spans the full breadth of marketing and sales across IT&T, Management Consulting, Financial Services, Education, Not-for-Profit and Professional Services.

Kriti has worked across the globe with organisations like McKinsey & Co, Accenture, Telstra and British Telecom. Her specialisation ranges from strategic marketing, change management to running local and regional operations.

Kriti also mentors senior women in Top 20 ASX listed organisations and has been deeply involved in mentoring nascent businesses.  She holds a Masters of Business (Distinction) from UTS. She regards the completion of her Masters as a minor achievement, primarily as she was juggling the birth of her two daughters and attempting to complete the course successfully. She is well versed in assisting women and men develop a fuller sense of the term 'work life integration.'
