Jennifer Morris

As founder and CEO of the Orijen Group, Jenny Morris has been providing general human resource advice and training to organisations since 1986 and, since 2000, has been responsible for the research, design and implementation of mentoring programs  including:

  • Industry programs: Orijen’s program, developed for Dell, the Women in IT Executive Mentoring program was the winner of the 2008 EOWA award for the ‘most outstanding initiative and results for women in the workplace”.
  • Regional programs for Hewlett Packard in six countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • The Constructive Mentoring Program…a national program to provide mentoring for up to 2000 women in the building, design and construction sector.
  • Executive Mentoring for the retention of talented women at Macquarie Group, Commonwealth Bank, Qantas, Freehills, Nokia, Jet Star, Westpac
  • Non-gender specific talent programs for the Smaller Agencies in the APS, Non-Profit Australia, Hewlett Packard, Penrith City Council and Commonwealth bank   
Jenny is a past co-president of NEEOPA, a member of the NSW Council for NAPCAN and member of Women on Boards. She admits to a vested interest in building inclusive workplaces - she has three daughters, two step daughters and four grand daughters...and a female dog.

She is passionate about the power of supporting women in structured, facilitated mentoring groups.

Elizabeth Crouch 

Elizabeth Crouch is a company director and consultant to government and the private sector. Ms Crouch spent 16 years with the Federal government before moving into the private sector, where she held various positions including the role of Chief Executive of the Housing Industry Association.

Ms Crouch is the deputy chancellor of Macquarie university, a non-executive Director of the Chandler Macleod Group, Chairperson of Health Infrastructure and transport audit committees and Chairperson of the Fair Trading Advisory Council. She is the former Chair of Railcorp, the Public Transport Ticketing Corporation and Deputy Chair of the City of Sydney Planning Committee. She also holds a number of positions with community and sporting bodies including as Registrar of the Redfield Lions Football Club.

Emma Stein 

Emma Stein is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair serving on the boards of listed company DUET (majority owner of the Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline) and Programmed Maintenance Group.  

Ms Stein has considerable experience with industrial customers and comprehensive set of commercial skills in international energy and utilities markets, investments in long life assets and projects, and the upstream oil and gas sector. 

Formerly the UK Managing Director for French utility Gaz de France's energy retailing operations, Ms Stein moved to Australia in 2003. Beginning a career as a Non-Executive Director, Ms Stein took up board appointments at Integral Energy, the NSW Growth Centres Commission and Arc Energy. She is an Ambassador for the Guides and a member of the board of Trustees for the University of Western Sydney.
